Sounds like when I sent in my mmar paper work took hc 9 weeks to process. I hassled them after 3 weeks and they emailed me a temporary number to use so I could start growing. Just tell them your illness isn't waitng for the papers to get processed.
It took mine 1 day short of 2 full weeks to be returned,I used regular canada post.For 1 form i put my birth date not the current date(duh opps my bad).Also they wanted the original doctors document ? Sorry he just filled out a photocopied form..but it was the original.Mine's been sent back a week ago for the 2nd time.But....i forgot to check off the box on the fixed date page.Ugghhh
