While I was trying to be quick and feed my plants I was ph the water and I actually dropped in a few drops like 2-3 in a one gallon of water!! I was holding the test tube close to my water bucket while I was testing the ph I saw a few drops land in my bucket..
I'm in week 7 of flower and I'm hoping that I didn't just kill my plants!!

Ummm did you check the ph before actually giving the water to the plants? Is this a bucket (water to be fed to the plants?) As in you had a choice to give it to the plants? Knew it might mess it up & there was a place to find answers, but jumped out the window anyways? Then came to ask if you messed up with no pics?

Yea I checked the ph of the water with the little test tube but I think I might of accidentally dropped some tiny bucket because I was testing over my watering bucket.. dumb move on my part and it didn't occur to me until after I checked the ph and started to water that shit I might of dropped some in there, I'm really tired and I just got home, did I just kill my plants

Did you have any water left over to test it? You should be ok. Just keep your ph in range. 1 time won’t kill them. 2 times might.

I’ve dumped many gallons down the drain when I’ve lost track of what nutes I had added. When in doubt start over.

a few drops (you didn’t mention if it was up or down) should not affect anything. I use GH PH down and Ithink 10 drops lowers me .5 ph. I use a pipette, I don’t measure the amount just the drops.

No I dont have any water left over but I did test it again with my ph pen so I figured it would be okay but after I was done water I was like wait a minute did I accidentally drop in some liquid ph tester in my buck.. the I looked up the ingredients to general hydroponic ph tester and it says contains isopropyl alcohol but then when I look up the ingredients on google they have a pdf file tha says this

Ingredients include 7.69% methyl alcohol. Methyl alcohol is poisonous and
may be fatal or cause blindness if swallowed. It is harmful if inhaled or
absorbed through the skin. Methyl alcohol can not be made
nonpoisonous. Methyl alcohol in this concentration may also cause
irritation to the skin, eyes and respiratory tract. Methyl alcohol can also do
damage to the central nervous system and liver.

No may have dropped in some of the general hydroponic ph tester liquid in my feeding bucket of one gallon of water then fed my plants

I wouldn’t worry much, not in the solution you used. I-2 drops in a gallon of 8% isn’t much to fret over. If it is indeed ISO I know you’ll be fine, heck might help out your roots. ISO is used as a pesticide but also can be used in watering (though Ineould recommend Hydration Peroxide over ISO)

Methyl Alcohol, I would do some serious reading as to whether it is absorbed through the roots and how long it can stay active in plants. Methyl can be highly toxic and is used in dangerous pesticides.

Thank you I'm so tired, I'm going to call the number on the back of the bottle tomorrow, I really hope that since it was a full gallon of water it doesn't hurt my plants to much and I don't kill myself trying to smoke it, I'm going to a full 4 week flush of just plain water before harvesting.. Do you think it would be best if I do a flush with slughammer tomorrow and try to get out some of that ph liquid tester solution?

Okay thank you so you're saying it's best not to do a full flush even though I'm in week 7 of flower? Also do you think it might make my buds taste funny once they're ready to be smoked?

There are approximately 75,710 drops in one gallon of water. You haven't killed your plants, Or made them toxic or taste funny.

And don't flush.
Thank you I was only planning on doing a 2 week flush after my 8th week in flower but now just to be safe I think I should do a 3 week flush before starting my flush on July 1st

A couple drops of ph reagent aren’t going to hurt you or your plant lol. You’ll learn to worry less with experience. Flushing is pointless unless correcting media ph or nutrient lockout just feed till harvest, hope it’s dank for ya

When I used PH testing drops in the past, I'd just dump the vial back in my rez after testing and it never caused me any problems.
Okay great I wasn't sure since I've been testing with drops I've been just dumping out the vial in the sink and rinsing it out, I have a ph pen but it's not accurate and I paid 40 for it then I bought another on off of Amazon for like 20 and that one seems to be more accurate and I've tried calibrating both of them, I'm think about buying a blue pen possibly for my next harvest!

could somebody post up what the ingredients of the pH drops is? i've used them too
This is the ingredients for ph liquid tester ( not ph up or down) just the testing solution that you would use to find out you're ph level..
Brand is general hydroponics

Ingredients: pH Indicator is a specially formulated mixture of chemicals that are mixed in
proportions to indicate the pH of hydroponic growth media. The chemical identity of the
compounds and exact proportions used in the mixture are a trade secret. The solution does
contain approximately 7.69 % methyl alcohol.

It also says on the back of the bottle contains isopropyl alcohol
