Abrubt light change in veg growth

Hi all
My timmer for my veg lights died. The lights go on at 7am and I didn't notice it until 3 PM. I replaced the timmer and everything is on tack now. I was wondering if this might affect the plants? :wall:

I worked pretty hard raising my plants and had such a hard time cloning them that I freaked when I realized the lights weren't on. Would it hurt the plats more if they were flowering?

not really as long as it wasn't often, they are really pretty tough little gals
the light cycles coincide with cicadian rythms that cause the plant to perform certain tasks, this is why timers are so important the more regular the rythm the better the perfomance of the tasks an interuption may cause a little stress but not serious think cloudy/windy day outside, growth may slow but the plant will recover when the sun comes back out:bigjoint:

Thanks for the very good explanation.
My heart rate had returned back to normal, just kidding. I think the best thing for me now is to roll one up, cheers!!!!!!!!
