about to clone. can rockwool be transplanted to soil?

hey guys, im on my first grow and i had a question i couldnt find the answer to. can i start my clones in rockwool and than plant them into a soil medium?? thanks + rep for an answer...thnks

im doin the same thing. just bought some rockwool and i wanna clone with them then put them in soil. but ive never done it before n need to know just like you..hope you get the answer ya need. as i search for mine..lol
