? About harvesting

I have a plant where the top cola. Are ready and the bottom isnt....Outdoors.. if I start flushing now for the top..am I interrupting the grow of the rest of the plant...if I take the top cola...wouldn't the plant go into shock...making the rest of the plant delayed in harvesting.....a question for the pros

Top cola will fill and finish better than the bottom, even outdoors. Don't bother flushing, taking the top cola will not shock the rest of the plant, may stress it a bit, but it will carry on like nothing happened.

You've been given good advice from @Herb & Suds and @BobThe420Builder

let this plant keep going for 2 to 4 weeks, check back in with updated photos in 2 weeks if you are still unsure.

Is it possible to leave a few buds on the plant longer than others? If possible, I'd like to do that to see the difference and have some buds that are higher in CBN. Will the remaining one or two buds still progress normally if most of the plant is removed?

Yes you can havest in stages.
