Hey dude, I got all of my stuff from home depot / lowes. Here is the deal.. and please, you have to put up with my being baked out of my mind - my shit just finished curing and its amazing... lol...

You need two different spectrum lights for CFL growth to work properly, by properly I mean a fully healthy plant not a palm tree 6 footer lol... You need CFL Daylight bulbs 100w (They are white, they shine bright white/blue tint)... These bulbs wll be for your vegetation cycle only. They give off a lot of the blue spectrum (i believe) and that is the best for vegetation, although the flowering bulbs COULD be used also...

For floweing, however, you need 2500k(?) orange bulbs. These are the ones that obviously light up bright orange. In home depot they are either in a red package, or you can go for the BIG BOYS like i did, and get the TCP Spring Lights at 15 bucks a piece. Be aware though they are massive, at least 9" long and 4" wide.

Below are links to the exact stuff im talking about, I hope this helped bro. PS: If you havent set anything up yet, PM me your plans for the grow room and ill consult you on help you get the best results for your money - i set up my entire grow room with 100 bucks IF THAT.

OK, so i was going to link u but apparently home depot is down for site maintenance. Hit me up via pm with your grow room idea, the space u got and what u want to accomplish and when i reply ill send ya the links.

Three way means if they are on one of those dial controllers the first click they turn on, 2nd click get brighter and 3rd click are the brightest. Make sure if you use cfls to get the "daylight" spectrum for vegging. They are something like 5500-6500K. For flowering get the "Warm White" at around 2700K.

all good info. no 3 way bulbs. not best for growing. veg with 6500k, flower with 2700k. OR as close as you can get.
