Im happy to say i was right it was a female pre-flower and she has exploaded with white pistols can't wait for the big ass colas to start foarming and to see what she smokes like

well here are some images sorry about the quality of them 
the leaf in the back of image 2 it's not dead it's just the shadow because of the angle of the light she is an AK48 sativea

I'd say not enough light. At all.... and mostly sativa. So t be much there to smoke. Maybe 2-3 bowls.

it's only a couple of weeks in to flower it was a clone from my other plant that died i put her under a LED grow light the plant that die was because of some thing i think it's just a finicky strain and way and before you bad mouth Led i have seen many people grow great bud under then enclueding a great frien of mine

Plants didn't evolve millions of years to be finicky and die for no reason. It died from poor conditions. I won't argue that LEDs can grow great stuff, but the LEDs you've got are not doing it.
How many watts? How often are you watering? Do know your soil pH?
People aren't "bad mouthing" - they're telling you something that you don't want to hear, but it is true none the less.
That plant is obviously desperate for more light and without it, it will never grow "big ass colas".

if it's a nice sunny day i usally put her in full sunlight. I only put her under the LEDS in bad conditions like overcast or if it's raining. It's not that i don't what hear it i'm greatful for the advice 
Maybe i should stop messing around with the light and just keep her under the LEDS. The plant that die i think it did not like the nutes because the wh're quite old nutes. I have got new stuff now and have tossed the ole one the was only a small amount left any way. The only reason i said don't bad mouth the LEDS is because every time i use the word LED people always say they are shit and they say just use a HPS your not going to get shit from LEDS.

I don't want to be a dick about this, but you're ignoring the 800 lb gorilla in the room. LED technology has come a long way, but IMHO it has a ways to go yet.
All I'm saying is look @ the pics of your plant under LED:

That plant looks a lot like the plant my gf's kid grew in his closet.....he used 1 incandescent light bulb I think with tin foil and soil from outside....just sayin'
