Legally they need a warrant, but that doesn't stop them. They're not really looking for grow lights as much as heat exhaust. Better to exhaust under your house or near a light bulb or dryer vent, somewhere where a heat plume is normal.

harbour freight has one of those router speed control dials($19.00),jus plug your fan in to it and dial her down to maximum noise reduction,keep in mind it wont work on slow start fans

wakey wakey everyone its time to post some shit on tricks thread! sorry mate,hope you dont mind,but i find myself strangly glued to this thread,now trick i know you and i have no need of carbon scrubbers,but i thought id throw one out there for your devoted fans who may,try this 2 4in duct flanges wrap some screen,chicken wire,or the like,(more rigid the better) around both ends,duct tape,or as we call it alabama chrome,get ya a furnace active carbon filter,should be able to get one at any heating and cooling joint,maybe lowes or home deep,wrap that around the screen,secure with more duct tape,attach to exhaust port,and bobs your uncle! now i have not tried this myself but the dude who did it said it works just as good if not better than ones you pay big bucks for,no suprise there,ok now im back to waiting for the next post

oh yeah, i will only be doing bubbleponics idea, not a full aroponics set up, tho i am interested!! i will posting the pics in a building sequal for everyone to follow

hey there every one and especially anyone wanting to see my bubblecloner ( DK, Med4u), my 2" little net pots are expected to arrive this week,i just knicked down to the hydro store after getting my tub....its fucking sunday dopey--they're closed!! oh well
Anyways the holesaw for my arbour was gonna be like $55 for a 3" one, (they were dreaming) well i have a 2" one, so im not gonna spend the little $$$ i have on thet yet, i will just wait till the pots come, i can also get another lid for the res and have a 3"option as well.....you can all see where this is heading,,,, a perpetual bubble/res/cloner/vegger set....hahaha lol similar to rosemans one there is a million od then out there you just gotta find them, and combined with Al B fuct. cloning method hopefully mine will flourish!

hey trick, i gotta tell ya bro,i started with a big ass res too,heres a few things i learned and you may wanna consider,more water,more nutes per gal,more stones for more air,more pump for more air,more water to move around more space taken up......you jus dont need all that water bro,check it out 10 gal res,6 gal water,1 1/2 holes (i put 12 spots but you could put more easy)and jus wrap your clones in some 2in stg's and pop em in,hell you can carry the thing around if you wanted jus' sayin' somethin to consider save some cash,nutes,space,hassle save yourself its to late for me! bubble,bubble,bubble

ha ha yeah im a tard and was ment to write 28ltr then i tried to convert (3.75:1) to gallon and fucked up majorly, i was ment to edit' it but got stuck on someone's thread, lol, thanks for the support dude, i will have my pics up as soon as i can accurately measure the 2" net pots, and then you will be able to see

The time has come for me to post up my steps in building a bubble cloner....

Well today i had to go out and buy a few things, mainly plumbing pieces, and a few other bits and pieces from bunnings. Oh and a 10 metre length of RCA's for my time lapse camerara....but that will be this weekend's job!

The things i used:

-aquarium air pump 8L per min, twin outlet
-2 x 12" inline airstones
-2 x 1m 4mm airline hose
-3" holesaw (i bit the bullet and went and bought one, chinese shit one tho)
-3" net pots
-polystyrene foam
-6mm foam sheet
-i used a 28L tub (preferably black as white and light attracts algie growth)
-aluminium reflective tape
-stanley knife
-measuring tape/rule and a marker
-21mm drill bit for the grommet
-19mm rubber grommet a 19mm double ended male extender a 19mm inline valve (all INSIDE DIAMETER measurement's as im using soft irrigation hose for drainage.the OD is 25mm)
-co-polymer adheisive (salastic), most silicone's wont work on PE, and PP (polyethylene and polypropylene)

(p.s i went down to JB HiFi and got my polystyrene foam from them, as big companies like that have excess from their box packaging)














Any questions, Query's and comments....Please lay them down and i will gladly explain the process and try to help as much as i can.
I didnt show it with water or the pump and airstones running as i will wait a further 24hrs for the salistic to properly seal the grommet inplace.

Any Rep+ would be great, considering i have got salistic all over my fingers and the keyboard....not to mention all the little balls of polystyrene fucking EVERYWHERE!

(note to self.... cut foam somewhere thats not on your own property and totally away from wind, hahahah) Over the road neighbours copped it all from the wind, poor bugger's gonna be picking balls out of his garden for the next few X-Mas's thats for sure!!!!

oh yeah i gave myself one of these for making it insulated and with a drain! its a bit ghetto but i like it

Awesome bubble cloner, would I be able to get away with a rubbermaid box, pump and airstones using this design? I don't want to have to drill any holes for drainage because 1) I'm really lazy and 2) I have no tools.

Hey DK, we dont have rubbermaids here in Australia, so it is hard for me to answer you correctly.
The tub i bought was just a plain old tub with a lid and with no holes (they probally couldn't sell if they did, lol). The only reason i decided to add a drain point is simple...It's so much easier to drain it out, other wise i would have to purchase a new quarium pump to pump it out, gotta remember that it will weigh around 15-16kg's when filled with water!
I only did this because i like thigs to be simple for me, because after all I am a stoner

I hope i have clarified things up for you.....

i personally wouldnt have used silicone man it can leach into the water u can get grommets for bugger all man and is that plastic tub food safe as some plastics will also leach into your soup
