I dont know I just use real house fans. My opinion is to use UL listed house fans instead of mcgivering up something with cpu fans and cause a fire.

No one is using a CPU fan, as far as I know, to move air in indoor growing. For small grows, some people use computer case fans.
You just find a cord with a converter box on it that fits the ratings of the computer fan, splice it and your good to go. I have an old... N64 thats plug had the right converter box on it. 12v for most? I don't know, I'm too tired.

Newbies overdo everything. To avoid overwatering, don't water until your plant suffers from underwatering. This is always better than overwatering. After a while of underwatering you should get the hang of when your plant needs water before drooping.

They're 12 volts. Find a power adapter that's 12V DC, try to find a similar(identical would be good) amp rating(up to 300 mA should work fine) ... you're set.

Ya just find yourself a good ol 12v adapter and wire the pc case fan to it. I am using 1 outtake fan (pc case fan) and it cycles my area's air atleast 4-5x per minute. (of course i am using a pretty small area). Or maybe its the type of case fan. dunno but amazingly enough it works wonders for spewing out old hot air lol :)
