a strange question

hello
happy new year.i have a plant very near harvest time,well the bud on the main cola (spelt wrong i think) looks ready,ive checked and trichs are 50% milky 50% amber.but there has been major growth of new buds on the bottom section in the last week,but these are all clear trichs.can i harvest just the top one to get max potency or will i destroy my lady friend?

Dude totally need pictures, a million words they tell.

The short answer is that you can harvest the plant in sections. This is especially helpful where there is a problem with light penetration.

ah cool!! i have read a post on another (inferior) forum board that it could damage your plant.

No damage, you can keep the lower parts producing for a long time.

you could even harvest the top and send the rest of the plant back into reveg then repeat and continue
