love the choice of usernames, obviously a man with great taste in westerns.

a bit of 1960's & 70's trivia about Tom Mix's home in Laurel Canyon, most people aren't aware it is the legendary "log cabin" where the entire freak & flower power scenes started,Vito rented the cabin 1st & brought all his dance troupe freaks to the canyon with him, then Frank Zappa bought the property & lived there for several years,we visited the property in the 90's & took some pics of the property's tree house, which is all that's left of Tom Mix's house , last I knew the tree house was for sale for about 1.5 million .

Good for you! I think it's a wonderful hobby! Growing presents us with an endless set of problems to solve. I'm in South Florida, and I grew outdoors here for several years. I'm growing indoor under hps and I'm currently on my 3rd indoor cycle and I've dealt with a few problems, but I have it dialed in well enough to grow a nice crop. I agree with you on the Afghani. I've tried to grow it here, and although I've had some pretty good buds off of it, I had to harvest early, and as you said, didn't achieve it's full potential. I'm going to try it indoor next round.

Tom Mix Was grandma's favorite. Too bad his comeback movie made in 1936 was such a yawner. When I lived in L.A., back in the studio days, Laurel Canyon was known for 3 things Coyotes, Cars going over the cliff, and bodies turning up there. Don't give up on the Afghan Kush. There is a dank pheno. out there and it's aroma of concentrated plums, is to DIE for. I grew it and by chance made 60 or so seeds When I realized what I had I was happy as a pig eating shyte. I pop about 1 a year, have given some away and still have 30 or so left .Happy Days, Happy Days.
