A reptile light?

I heard buds produce more THC with more ultraviolet light. What kind of UV light causes this? UVA, UVB, UVC, or all three? Would a general reptile light specificially made to supply UV supplement enough for more THC? What about a 14000k flourescent such as this?

I guess I should have noted that the 14000k light would be to suppliment a 400w hps.
