At night time is it important to keep the oscillating fans on as i think it makes the temp go below 65F as the room is in the basement and its -20F outside at night so my basement gets cold!! Thansk

Not sure, If it was 18/6 i wouldnt bother leaving it on for the night schedual but 12/12 the humidity may get up without it.

Screw the heater thing. Ill give you a cheap tip. A stupid 25 watt incandescent black light. They produce barely any light and almost none of it is useful to a plant. They do produce a lot of heat. This will heat up a little area very nicely. Thats what i used for my cloning chamber which is in a cabinet, in the basement which gets rather cold. The cloning chamber never went below 80.
