hey could someone tell me of a 8000 lumens cfl growbulb is enough for 4 small pots to sprout from my medium!!??
and should my light be on before my seeds sprout from my medium?


one last quick question,,,would big white paper or a big white sheet be ok for reflecting as i have no mylar,only tin foil lol

8000 lumens should be enough for sprouting, lights should be on before the seeds sprout as the seeds sprout by looking for the light. If there's no light, it will take longer for them to sprout. And yes, plain white paper should be ok for reflecting. Not ideal, but ok.
