A Question On Budding help!!

Ok my plant is about 1 month and 3 weeks about 2.5 feet tall maybe little bit higher i am wondering why its not budding i was late on the lighting is that maybe why also theres lots of white/redish hairs toward the upper part of the plant. How long do u think it was be till it starts to produce buds. Oh another question why are my leaves druppe and swervleing up and the leaves are a dark green. ill take a picture and show yall. later on. thanks

are you saying its 1 month and 3 weeks into flowering or veg?? what light cycle are you on now?? cant really help with pics or more info...

if your light cycle is not 12/12 then your not flowering yet. and about the leaf a pic will help.
