A Question For The Experienced Growers...

I am currently into my first grow and my girls are into their 3rd week of flower. I have nourished them from seeds and now they are really starting to look like all the pictures I have seen. It is a very fun and exciting process.

My question is...Do you ever get tired of watching the process? I find myself going to my grow and just looking. These magnificient plants change so fast through every aspect of growing, I don't want to miss anything.

Mrs. Rocky Top High thinks I have lost my mind but she also is impressed at just how well these plants have done. She has been "sucked in" to a certain extent. How long does it take for the "shiney" to wear off, if it really ever does?

you know youre doing it right when u never get sick of watching. At a certain point you find yourself experimenting and trying to perfect your system. It takes years to get it perfect, and on top of that its your way out of hundereds of others you can try. Thats the fun about growing, you get to see the fruits of your labor, but its your labor that determines how tasty your fruit is .

i too stare at my girls for long periods of time... my mrs. has admitted to it too... there is just so much beauty to look at

Thanks guys, you make me feel like maybe I am not losing my mind. I am not growing these plants...they are growing me!!! These plants are so unique, I would probably be growing them even if I didn't need the meds.

Oh yeah your not losing your mind. On my first grow that is all I would do. My closet is right by my computer and I would find myself just staring at my plants all the time. I don't as much anymore because I have my door closed now, but if it were open, I would probably still be doing it. It's a great thing watching them grow.

i have a chair specifically for just sitting and watching. i let myself talk to them too under the excuse that my cO2 and other exhaust gasses are good for them... course, the truth is i am just mad as a hatter
