just watching one of those shows about true crime drama. apparently there's a new law on the books. if you lie, and that lie leads to sex, it's a crime! rape by deception, even if there is "no" force involved. ever gone to a bar, and told some lies to get into someone's pants? this is pretty fugged up imo! what's going on in the u.s.???

Nice. These girls need to watch out, because they all are liars. But I'm not buying it, how can you prove someone lied?

But how do you prove you were drunk? It's a good law don't get me wrong. But there is no BAC rape test, or atleast to my knowledge
