A little advice

There really isn't anything to clone. Usually a side brach is clipped for a clone. Start some seeds and get some cfl's and proper nutrients.

Your plant looks pretty sick, but you can still clone it.

-Get some root stimulator, cut your stems as angular as you can, and submerge most of the stem in the root stim.

-Make your soil to the consistancy of mud, and press your clone as tight as you can into the dirt.

-Put the clones under 24h light, but keep the light distant and barely on the plants.

[Light encourages photosynthesis, where as your clones need to direct energy to develop a root system.]

-Once planted place your clones in a humidity dome or fish tank, and mist frequently.

Keep a watchful eye, once your cutting shows root, keep the soil damp instead of muddy.

It's not all neccecary to clone your plant, but there are more techniques to improve your clone rates. Like you said you don't want it to be a complete loss so take less chances.

This video has a great technique (although crude) it covers the essentials.

Good luck
