a hydro question

is there a way to grow with hydros if u dont have the clay stuff. like can i use like rocks instead ive seen plants growing in just rocks and water b4. im not looking for a big yield just a little bit of practice with growing hydro

Yes. There are many forms of hydroponics. Aeroponics, deep water bubblers, you cand use small rocks, rockwool, coco and one of the newest is sure to grow. Its like cotton almost. The clay pellets you are talking about is called hydroton. I suggest you do some more reading and less posting for a while.
