A hole with yellow edges on fan leaf, could someone tell me what this is??

No, but it could be anything. You could have dropped water on it, could have grown that way herself. If it is a pest, you would have other signs, if a deficiency, would be more apparent. All I can say is keep an eye on her but don't stress to much, because trying to rectify something that was not that bad to begin with can sometimes make it a lot worse.
A small ass hole on the leaf? That broad is a goner for sure bro. don't waste anymore of your time with her. Trash that plant.

Thanks for replies. Im not gono trash it bc otherwise she's healthy and theres nothing on new growth. And I mainlined her and the new mains r pretty young and I only got 2 big fan leaves on the plant. (Except the smaller fan leaves that r on the new mains) and in the main-lining tutorial i read it said that if the plant is too young to bond the mains down, I shud leave fan leaves that take energy from the light. Maybe it wouldnt hurt to cut that damaged fan leaf off tho cuz the second fan leaf is fine.

if the leaves still green an not drooping down lifeless leave it its still doing photosynthesis hence makiong food for it an overall still benefiting the plant. just leave it on its still helping the plant

If anything, cut off the little hole instead of the whole leaf, it is still in use by the plant. I can't believe this is what you see as a whole page's worth of issue right now, it is a small discolouration, not even a hole yet. As said, watch it but should be good.
