a few questions that need answering

ok ive read many things about what lighting and such i should use but am still undecided... rigght now im just using a flourescent with a heating lamp . i just planted yesterday so if my lighting is correct as is how long can i expect it to be til it sprouts? also i was wondering if i should contruct something that will hold in the humidity or is it appropriate to wait until my plant has sprouted to do so or if it is even neccessary. THANKS!!!

lighting doesnt matter until after its sprouted. I just germinate them, plant them, when they sprout I put them under the light ASAP

Just make sure you did your homework before you even germinate them. You do not want to be playing catch up the whole time. None of this "I will do it later" crap. While some things you can do that on, but having the bare minimum is a requirement.
