A few questions on LEDS

Ok so 3rd grow, I keep it simple Micro dwc... First 2 grows went great under CFL...
I purchased a 135W ufo for my 3rd grow and the plants loved it!
The brand is probably a china made model but i have very good results..
My setup Stealth box 1 plant at a time, the space is 60h/20d/24w Intake and exhaust
I wanted to up my wattage so i bought a Apollo Horticulture GL80LED Full Spectrum LED

Plant loves it, but its only 140w draw.... Not a bad thing because of my house.... Its kind of old and i trip breakers on the regular. So long story short... I have some extra money and i was thinking maybe i can get more bang for my buck if i went with something else in the same watt range....

Cool thanks i that what you use? if so good results? Only thing im worried about is the draw, at 220 might be to high for my breaker

$ 300-500...
At that price range you should be looking for the much tested and proven ,
high quality led lights from either

Nothing else is as worthy & as efficient as those two options ,at that price range ...

Han's is mainly a Red+Blue led panel.
This quality plus the flat / slim design and the modularity of multiple panels config ,
makes this panel a top-efficiency one and best suited for ' bedding ' / ' 2D' cultivation techniques .
(Like SOG,SCROG ,etc ) or ideal for small/confined spaces .

It lacks much green/ additional wls and it's 'heavy' red/blue ,
so illuminating deeper/older foliage with this light ,ain't the best practice.
This light trully shines when canopy has not 'depth' but 'surface' .
The more surface ,the more yields .
The more surface ,the more panels used .
(the higher irradiances ,but spread out ,all over 'bedded' canopy ).
So no need actually for green wls .

It's efficiency is almost unmatched / unrivaled ,by any other led light .
Or HID illumination.

Area51 ,offers a wider choice of fixtures/ spectrums ,better
suited to "tree/ topped bush " / ' 3D' style of growing ,as those lights are based
-mainly-in white+red leds ...

Efficiency remains pretty high ,while they can be used at really high irradiances per given space .


It's your pick....

Thanks for all the feed back, My cab is similar to this

minus the shelf and t5s, but i am only doing one plant at a time... i have a smaller clone veg cab with 2x4 6500k t5s

its my house, its like 140 years old, i got an electrician out her the wanted like 7800 to redo the breaker/Fuse!!! box lol and rewire some rooms

I'd hate to be living in a 140 years old house and having ghosts ,
smoking away my weed,when I'm asleep ...
It really sucks ,when they do that ...
