That doesn’t matter
Interrupting the dark cycle is your only concern
Technically you could leave it dark for 24 hours with no issues

Even like i said if the light turned off on off on off on 3-4 times when they should be 12 hours straight on?

Just as back up, this happened to me twice during my first grow but for 2 hours one of the times then on and off a couple times over an hour. More than a few people gave me the same info @Herb & Suds gave you. The grow turned out great too.
Yes but clouds are not absolute l darkness no?
