A female marijuana plant can start flowering in 2 minutes??

Had a conversation with a "fellow grower<----Bullshit artiest" the other day at some point in that talk he tried to tell me that a female marijuana plant can start flowering in 2 minutes and that there is literature about it and I should look into it...lmao..So I searched the net can't find anything on that point. If anyone can find this so called literature post the link or just tell me your thoughts on this 2 minutes flowering bs.

week 2... nothing, excellerated growth for sure, but as far as pistils go, they are barely a quarter of a cm.
