here are a few pics, this is at my work. These units are kinda spendy. I am buying one for my indoor set up, i was kinda waiting to see if they would go on sale at the end of summer. Some of them even have built in dehumidifiers too.

How large is that building and or room, because it depends on how much area that heat has to dissipate

its not real big but it is all open, it's the only a/c i have at work and it keeps me plenty cool...

Sweetness man. I have a 8000BTU window unit on my room, and it easily cools ther space in 100 degree intake temps with a 1000W and 250W running.

And venting to the wall or ceiling WORKS I have done it!!! All construction has gaps and air finds a way out. Ceiling is better cause the runners are much longer.

i have the same unit you just bought and also got the floor model with no box... make sure you check the drain hose on it.
mine came with the plug removed.
you need it open to drain water when in dehumidify mode but since i wasnt using dehumidfy mode i wasnt worried about it. .... that is until it started leaking water all over my grow room because the drain hose was missing its plug.
so just make sure yours is intact or that you ave the drip pan in place and you empty it often

venting into the wall or ceiling may or may not work. it would be different for every case. walls and ceilings are often framed like closed in boxes, so venting into a wall like that would be like venting into a sealed card board box. no matter what, the air still needs someplace to go. you may be in luck if you have drop ceiling, or an attic above you.

do you have contruction experience because a friend of mine, who has experience said that theres always small gaps in the walls, the inside of sheetrock walls are hollow, so the air should flow throughout the building, but i guess I will find today when I cut hole, I'm still not sure if i should put in the cieling or the wall

I aint got no schoolin.. but I do have experience remodeling houses, framing, drywall, all that. also a lot of electrical experience. there are small holes inside walls, but not enough to vent an entire room. maybe a small cabinet grow if you're lucky. wires are usually run in 1/2 inch holes in the studs, then there may be small cracks between the drywall and studs, or where the studs meet at the top and bottom. every building is different. sometimes there is enough space to even walk inside the wall. sometimes you only have an inch gap sealed all around.
