Thinking ahead should my Central Air in the house keep my Tent cool?

The Tent is in my Man Cave.
Just thinking the exhaust fan can pull the cool air in from the room and pull warm Air out.

^^this^^ @ what Rocket said, but then start factoring in variables as mentioned up above. Things like lights, fans and so on all add heat.
The room your tent is in is the “lung room”. If your tent is running hot, your central AC, if that’s your primary means of cooling the tent, needs to cool the lung room to offset the temps. Exhausting in the same room just circulates the “heat”. Exhaust it elsewhere if needed to help balance things out.
For my situation, my central AC is enough to keep my temps in check. I don’t run crazy wattage nor run crazy amounts of plants. I’m also running LED, which helps keep heat down. If anything, I use my slim ass oil filled heater to raise temps a bit.

I can vent out the window. I'm running LED Light.
Using a 4 inch Inline Fan. I was told 6 inch was too much.
Right now everything is perfect.

Your ac would, however odds are your thermostat is in a different room so it does not see the change in the temp of air around the outside of the tent. Adding a portable ac to that room would work. If the thermostat was in that room it would make your ac b on 2 much freezing out the rest of the house. Best best is adding a portable ac, or venting out the window as said above

Shop Vac - look at floor.
Not sure how or why you are needing “ cool “ - looks like snow outside. Also are you gonna cover up light from window ?
Doubt Led light would put out that much heat .
High 70’s to 80’s would be fine for plants.
You could always do a “ burn in “ temp check by running lamp in sealed tent ( hour or so ) - check temp. Or tent open ( to see where temps fall based on ambient temperature in room ).

If you have proper air intake & exhaust on your tent then you should have a very similar environment in the tent as the room, that being said, so long as your AC works good it'll keep the tent in control + or - a few °F.
If money isn't an issue look into getting a mini-split air conditioner installed. I just installed a 9,000 BTU in a friends house for $1,500 total and it should last him many years to come. Another positive thing is they heat & cool without having to run the central system also they're extremely efficient and use little electricity.

We are working on Mini Split at our Cabin. Think we blew a fuse . So still working on it.
Got Central A/C here for now. We basically heat with wood but Central Heat helps.
This time of year Tent has been good.
