A/C only

I was wondering if an 14,000 btu a/c unit will be able cool my 10x11 foot room. I'm running 2 600 watt on a light mover

As long as you can exaust the AC heat and the light heat to another location it should be nice and comfy in there.

It is very difficult to vent my lights. So the only venting will be the a/c exhaust. I have a nice portable unit and the dryer vent is on the other side of the wall.

If you can vent the a/c you should be able to vent the lights. Put a wye on output for the ac and hook the lights up there. Portable a/c are not as good as split a/c. 14k portable is like 9k btu of normal ac. I think you will need to at least vent the room.
