9x9 gorilla tent

hi guys im new here , just set up my tent but still debating on which led i should get..

Have you checked out Medic grow's lights yet? The Fold 8 and smart 8 seem pretty sold for close to half the price.

I'd check for used grow lights-you can find some amazing deals right now on facebook, craigslist, those types of places. So many people tried to become pandemic farmers and failed, so you can find very lightly used lights cheap if you live in a fairly populated area. If you live where I do, you're out of luck though. Gavita's are nice and all if money is no object, but honestly, i doubt you would harvest anymore with Gavitas over Mars Hydro or Medic Grow, as Death Cap mentioned. I've gotten nearly identical yields on a watt to watt basis with Mars Hydro and Medic Grow LEDs (lots of nearly identical lights to those around even cheaper too). It all comes down to your budget, just remember though that spending more doesn't mean bigger yields.

You took my suggestion before I could post, LOL
Facebook Marketplace around me is packed with grow lights and equipment. People thought they could throw money down, pop a seed, and walla, have buds in no time. They didn't realize that it takes work and dedication from start to finish to grow, realized that, and put their stuff up for sale. A friend who I taught many years ago scored a killer DWC system CHEAP, in total it was about a $3k system, meters, dosers, pumps, the whole 9 yards. He got the whole system for $350. He noticed it sitting in the garage when he went to clean the carpets, talked with the owner, and offered him the ridiculous price, and the guy said OK!!!!! It literally filled the back of my pick up when we grabbed it all.
If I was in the market to do another room setup, I'd just shop FB marketplace and Craigslist and buy "slightly used" equipment from those that threw in the towel for 1/4 of the price.
Also, I've seen a lot of places popping up on Bidspotter that are shutting down, the latest was in Lawrence KS, and they had over 100 lights, trimmers, etc. that were all going for bottom dollar.

Thanks guys I took your advice and started looking on Craigslist ended up scoring a gavita controller for $200 Canadian

Seen a few posts of used 1700e lights but I'm not sure how the 5 year warranty works..do I need the receipt in case it starts breaking down on me?

a friend recommended i get 2 of these for every 5x5

do yall know if thats a better option?
