+Rep awesome grow! I really like the LEDs, planned on getting some for my first grow attempt until I realized their super expensive. My problem here in the south is the heat my garage is too hottt even with fans. I know those LEDs run cool maybe in the future I can find a good deal on a few.

If you're in the south probably even LEDs are not going to help you in a garage... don't know where you are but garages around here get over 100 in the summer. If you're in the south it's climate controlled indoors or full outdoors.... not much room for in between except from late fall to early spring then in a garage you have to worry about cold snaps... but that's a lot easier to deal with than heat

I was trimming til after midnight... after starting around 7am... and that was with the wife helping for an hour or two.

What I'm really waiting for is to see what the yield is on that sucker. Sucker nearly did take me out trying to get it trimmed. The nice yield is balanced by the amount of trimming you have to do... on the bright side TONS of bubble hash trim... i just ordered bubble bags last night.

I'm guessing between 2 and 4 oz... the question is really closer to 2 or closer to 4 Hopefully closer to 4. I would be beyond the moon if it was more than 4... I'm not counting on it tho as it's not those super dense type of buds like the og kush and some other strains I've grown. It looks like the other apollo will be close on yields to the first one.. with less trimming required I'm pretty psyched as I was looking over an old thread subcool put up where he was showing off his old and some current clones.... the #2 apollo I just harvested looks identical to his original apollo 13 cut. The #1 apollo looks just about identical to his Genius clone. Genius has from the start years ago been one of my goals to obtain... and the #1 samples I took a few weeks back were definitely the more sativa/up high of the two... haven't sampled any in a while hoping by the time I take her she is super ripe and potent. She's looking like she'll be done in about a week and a half as I expected. Definitely won't be done for her 9 week date this tuesday. She'll go 10 weeks, which is a bit on the long side, but if it is true to the original Genius she'll be a definite keeper. That is pretty badass too because if I had to wish when I popped those beans it would be for one to be like a13 and one like genius... and I got that on the first two seeds.... curious if the last 6 seeds will produce a superior pheno or just identical to the first two. I miss Apollo 11 too... it is definitely somewhat different from a13 & genius, though you can see the lineage. A11 = Genius x Cindy99

So I got up this morning and started moving the plants... noticed romulan was starting to show her flowers so started checking the rest.... only to find the sativa genius x deep chunk is a MALE (or full on hermie). Big ol nuts. And he was but up against my medicine man. Hope she didn't catch any pollen.... he didn't pop his load though but who knows.
Anyway, others in varying stages of showing flowers... apollo #2 cut getting huge i'm gonna get her transplanted and ready for flower now that there's an extra space she's already getting thick branches and she's not even in flower yet and only in a 1.2 gallon airpot. By the way, war is over -- airpots won unless smartbags somehow yield way better than the airpots.

Hey have you ever tried the dry ice method with bubble bags? Its a bit more labor, but less mess and less time IMO, turns out some cherry kief too. I don't use all of the bags, I just ran a cpl and the results and yield were awesome.Yeah bubble bags are a pain but whatcha gonna do?

I've only seen a cpl hermies and they don't usually show their male parts till after the mid flowering weeks. Just found a few nanners on one of the plants in my flo box last night.

I just went right from 220 down to 25 microns and saved the middle step.. didn't have too much trim so it drained nicely through 220... took a while to go through the 25 but got some good tar ...Hey have you ever tried the dry ice method with bubble bags? just trimmed some bottom sample buds from the g13xhp and medicine man... will see how they are in a few days.. the med man is getting real frosty and building up density.. slow though... g13xhp i thought was supposed to be almost all indica but she sure is very sativa-ish.....
Transplanted the larger apollo 13 cut from the larger pot into the 5 gallon smartbag that the og kush was in... interesting to see the root mass it did not grow down into the bottom few inches -- not sure why. Anyway tied the a13 down in a bit over a week it should be flower time again...

Pics from last night... Coming later tonight: White Russian Day 44 (she's got 1-2 weeks left she's getting a significant # of red hairs now). I think 1 week may be too soon and 2 may be too long... we'll see. Also Apollo 13 cut #1 Day 63 shots... she's getting close... original 70 day estimate I think is gonna be right.
A-13 is pretty awesome so far... came home and had a bowl of some stuff drying since saturday that i had left out for sampling and it's already one hit shit (and I have a hella tolerance) - you can feel it on the first draw and you can feel it getting stronger when you keep going. I normally have to smoke the better part of a bowl before I feel much of anything. It's definitely got a little couchlockiness to it too but not a lot.
Seriously considering moving next grow thread to another site... RIU is down like every other day lately.

Dr. Quinn, Medicine Woman -- Estimated Day 50-ish -- (though sure it's gotta be closer to 60)... buds getting denser and frostier... but 2 weeks minimum to being done still. Could just be a smaller yielder. Buds a lot denser than the apollos, not as dense as the OGK.
Apollo 13 Dos Santos cut went into her 5 gallon pot last night... flower time in a week-ish. She should be beastly by then I'm sure.
