96 plant grow Design

Hey there everyone,

I am an intermediate grower beginning to design a 96 plant indoor grow for my collective. I was hoping I could get some guidance on a few things.

I experienced with soil so that was going to be my default grow style. However, I want to learn hydroponics in order to simply learn the skill but harvest more weight at a faster pace. Any guidance on where to begin in order to hit my goals using hydro as a beginner (If thats even possible) would be really helpful.

Also interested in beginning to use LED lights. Any advice to achieve my goals using LEDs would be helpful as well.

Right now I am planning to run a two or three tent cycle.

1-5x5 mother tent/clones (What size light should I use here? 400WMH? )
1-5x5 veg tent (What size light should be run? 600WMH?)
1-10x10 flowering tent (4-1kHPS)

Questions:
-What size light should I use for my mothers/seedlings?
-What size lights should i use for veg tent?
-Could I simply combine my veg and mother tent together?
-What sort of ventilation design should I use? What power fans should I use per tent. I have a rough idea but would like others opinions.
-Could I still do CO2 enrichment in my flowering tent?
-What sort of sensors are available to help fans and dehumidifiers regulate Temperature?
-What is the solution to heating during low lights-off temps?
-How can I best regulate the environment in these tents?

Sounds like you have nice goals. I think your well on your way to achieving your 4 pounds with 32 plants.

Any advice on the following hydroponics setup?

Thinking that if i go with hydroponics vs soil I will use flood tables in my veg and flower tents with HEC as my grow medium.

How does two 4x4 flood tables with 16 plants in each sound for flowering? Im thinking thats too much. I want to give the plants room for air circulation and place them in larger sized pots.

Either that or I would do 4 separate 4x4 flood trays each with 8 plants in a 10x10 flower tent. That seems like it would ultimately be better.Or would 2-4x8 flood tables with 16 plants be a good plan for the flower tent?

Will likely do just 2-4x4 flood tables for veg. Maybe a three site ebb and gro for mothers?

How much power should I put in the veg tent? Will a 600W MH cover the mothers and all the vegging clones/new clones? Should i put a T5 in there for the new clones? Whats more effective from a financial standpoint? Using T5s or a 600WMH?

Should I just use 2-3x3 flood tables with 16 plants in each for my veg? Would that be sufficient space? Also want room for root development so what size pot would fit in there. definitely want to go with 2-3 gallon pots with the HEC as the grow medium.

Don't know anything about hydro but as far as leds go check out supra spl in the led and other lighting section he explains everything in such detail that I can even understand it dont waste your money on hid people are pulling 1 gpw plus using cxb chips it's allot more up front but then again you will not have to replace a bulb or cool your res as much you can easily upgrade as technology improves
