"ph pppppproblem
if you don`t provide more info
it`s PH problem all the way"

check runoff water ph
if it`s fluctuating more than 0,5 up or down than the water you put in you have hot spots in soil and that locks up nutes for your plant cause she is trying to balance ph instead of growing.
if that`s the problem next time you water double nutes and add some baking soda untill you get a ph of 6.6-7,the baking soda balances you water ph and soil, watch out though cause it could
increase your ph too much that`s why you should double your nutes to lower ph if you don`t have something else, doubleing nutes won`t hurt your plant
for lowering ph you could also use vinegar but i don`t recommend it because it isn`t stable and if your soil is fucked up it will fuck it upper.

TLDR: DOUBLE NUTES ADD BAKING SODA PH 6!

i would get a bag of average potting soil from your local wherever to save hassel it will have all the nutes in you need to bring up a happy seedling , it will save time that you won't get back

You can still save her, but yes, it is a PH issue, but also, that may be causing inability to uptake nutes, so DON'T double your nutes.
When you T-Plant, put about 35-40% perlite into the mix, along with some Dolomite Lime.;-)
Why does only one side of the pot look wet?
Can you tell us how old she is? You're not feeding yet, are you?It only looks about a week and half old.

and then start new beans if you have them if not then its just a case of waiting for the new growth to come threw witch can be more effort/ longer than starting over with fresh soil ,and if you have a ph meter keep your ph of the water at 6.5 more or less will result in not up taking certain nutes ,,

here

this may help . good luck
