9 Weeks in 400 watt Chemdawg. How close you think? Trichome pics!!

Hey Digi B here posting up some pics of my Chemdawg. Shes been flowering about 9 weeks now and im not to sure how much longer I should wait on it. I dont wanna jump the gun but I also do not wanna sit on it and then have it over ripen. From the trich pics I took it appears that some of the heads are cloudy so im thinking that its gotta be just about time to hanger her up! Thanks for any input and knowledge! This is my first time pulling down a real harvest im a lil antsy haha.

dang some nice shots bro. from what i have heard, amber and cloudy means ur ready, u got like 15 percent white still, amber means degraded thc but it gives u a move head high for pain and sleeping, cloudy is a more body stoney high.

It's kind of reversed..
Clear to milky, head high
cloudy to amber - couch lock

She looks ready to me, but I prefer only a small amount of amber trichs. I see ambers in each of your close ups.

This is just what I do. I let it go for as long as I can. I love a higher CBD strain. When you let them go longer there CBD is increased. I don't like the head rush high makes me have a panic attack. But that's just me. I would wait longer it can go another 2 weeks maybe 3

Thanks guys! i aprecaite the compliments and comments. I think im gonna let it run to friday and then have a nice weekend of chopping and hanging. Plus it will give me one more watering to flush any last trace build ups. I started giving her just water about 5 days ago.

yah dude id say its ready 2 start flushing prolly but not 2 chop. id start flushing and let it go for like 10 days w light and then like another 4 sitting in the dark 24 hours thats what i do with mine and i like how it finishes them out. the worst most disapointing thing you can do when you get that far w a plant is chop it early, i promise it will be well worth the wait man, your definetly not in the harvest window just yet, but your coming up on it quick

the chemdog strains usually go about 11 weeks 12/12.... thats looks like about 2-3 weeks left

greenhouse webdsite says it flowers 9 weeks so hopefully you hopped by the day you listed (friday)mines are on the statrt of week 7 today. need the buds tto get a litlte bigger good shit tho bro

I agree. Let it go until you can see amber crystals on the sugar leaves with your naked eye. Not many people have the patience to wait for this stage but it is worth the wait.

So I check on my girl on my lunch break from work and the whole main cola was laying on its side. I strung it up and there's no stem damage that I can see. Will she be ok? Will it stop the main cola from growing? Thanks again guys.

Along the same lines, why is it when they start to flower you whole plant smells like great weed but then it starts to smell like hay right before you harvest? Any chemisits? Thanks. fyi plant looks fantastic great job

I plan on hang drying till slightly crisp on the outside. Then into jars for a few days of burping.

im pretty sure most of what u believe to be amber trichs, is merely the light hes using reflecting of the trichs, thats what i made of it

If you have not began flushing then I would do so asap. Plant still needs about 2 weeks to go though. You will be surprised at hoe much fatter the buds will be if you let her go longer

After looking closer I have to disagree with you. There is a little yellow light in he picture but some of the trichomes are definitely amber.

Id let it go another two weeks from the time of the pictures. wait for more amber and fewer white hairs. Cant wait to see the finished product!
