The pots are way too small probably root bound fabric pots are much better tou should've put in bigger pots a long time ago by the look of it gonna be a fucker to do now definitely a 2 man job maybe 3 so you don't snap the stems while transplanting look into it might be too late now I don't know maybe you will just have to put up with a small yeild this time and learn for the next one good luck

I don't know what will happen this late into flower if you put in bigger pots now I would research if it's okay you might just have to keep them as is and accept they probably won't grow much bigger but they should still swell a bit like I say I'm no expert on root bound plants

If you can transplant without disturbing the roots you'll be fine. And Iv had strains (have a strain) that flower past 14 weeks.

I do that with styrofoam and one plant had no choice with a plastic 1.5 qt pot. I know it works. Just do not disturb the roots at all.
You should b okay

In pure coco the pot size isn't going to matter. Not sure about coco/peat.

Here she is. Its just a bag seed. I grow 3 of them 2 lemon lime and 1 venom og. The lemon limes swell while the venom og is so premature bud.
