800W CMH Growzilla

So I got the plants moved into the tent. They fill up that 5x5 more than I thought they would. I'm getting the 5x10 either this weekend or next. That is when the current ladies will move to flower and 5 new will begin.

Sorry for the long break fellas. I've been super busy. School just started and I'm full-time, just bought 5 acres down south and I now have 2 5x5 tents with one holding a 400CMH for veg and the other has a growzilla with 2 600 super hps hortilux bulbs. The ladies are 4 days into flower and there are some new clones started in the veg tent. I'll get pics up in the next day or so.

I started to notice a little mag def a couple weeks ago. I have since switched the the jacks professional line. I wanted the 17-4-17 and the 10-30-20 but they were out of both at DWF in denver. So I am attempting to try out the 15-5-25 peat-lite they have for a full growth cycle nutrient. It has extra mag in it but no calcium. I use dolomite so that should be fine. All I know is, the plants are looking absolutely marvelous after just 1 week of Jacks.

dont know why you would want to grow with 600s when you have CMH Should of bought 2 more 400 cmh, now ur not gonna et the UV rays from the bulb during flowering but to each their own GL.

All I had was a growzilla and xtrasun hoods, and I wanted 1200 watts, not 800 watts. I would have needed a new hood and more money in ballasts etc... I would rather have 1200 of cmh but based on budget/resources i went with hps. I'm not worried about it. They look amazing right now. I'll get some pics up tonight after the lights come on at 9.

I have some questions about your tent and the 5x10 tent you are getting. Are you happy with them? I am considering a tent, but I also have to option of building a room. I like the tent idea because it is easy and can be taken down easier than a physical room. I am worried taht they will not be sturdy or the fabric will be weak. It looks like your tents frame is built with metal instead of plastic, which seems nice. Anyway, could you link where you got this tent, and give a review on it?

rucca- I am using two secret jardin dr150 tents. So far i love them. They dont leak light from the zippers, are sturdy, and easy to put up and take down. No complaints here. I got them at my local grow store at 25% off

Nice choice of reflector. I'm using the same one. I have a 1000 watt hortilux super hps and a 400 watt hortilux blue in mine. Not sure if the blue bulb is really making much of a difference. I was hoping for more potent buds but they seem to be just as frosty as when I only used hps. I'm debating on taking out the 400 watt blue bulb and adding another 1000 watt in there. So in your case I think you make the right decision in going with 2 600 watt hps bulbs instead of the CMH bulbs.

Cmh beat Hps/mh combo any day if Ur looking for better quality of weed u want Cmh if Ur looking for moe bigger then get the Hps it's not always what Ur eye can see
