would take the plant out of the clear cup....roots don't like the light....use those red ones you have...other than that it looks alright for its age

yea they look ok but kinda looks like ur over watering a lil cuz of one them in the bak is kinda drooping

once a day is too much water wen the cup is completely dry

and drill some hole in the bottom for drainage....

is your soil nice and loose? make sure your roots are able to grow easily in your medium!

also, have you got a fan on them? that might be a good idea after one week. and perhaps start giving them a weak nutrient solution.

wow, I guess there is a big difference between soil and hydro, my plant is only two days older then yours but the leaves are much bigger. Good luck with your grow!

May i reccomend you paint the green cup black or some how cover it so the roots aren't damaged by the lights.
