8 bulb t5 led choosing the bulbs

Hello everyone I'm looking at purchasing a 2 ft x 8 bulb led t5 light. I plan on using it only for vegging only. But when I go to purchase it gives me 4 options.
Blue 460nm
Red 660nm
White 5500k
Full spectrum grow/bloom

What does everyone think VEG only it's just for a plant I'm hoping to veg in my room until spring then throw outside

Choose the 5500 K lamp because vegetative plants like blue light.
