7 Weeks Flowering Pics! Need help

I have 1 very large unknown Sativa dominate strain. Just under 7 weeks flowering with some of the hairs turning red. I am trying to watch the trichs but it is very hard to tell if they are clear or cloudy. I am using a 30x jewlers loop and its still hard to see. I have been told that a sativa can take upwards of 14 to 16 weeks. How long does it take for all the hairs to turn red? When should I start flushing? I really dont want to wait to long to start the flushing process. I wouldnt mind if I ended up flushing a little to long (get more crap out before harvest). Please take a look at these pics I took tonight and let me know what you guys think. Should I start flushing or wait longer?

I know your chomping at the bit to dive into those pretty ladies .But wait 2-3 more weeks and you'll really be salivating and will be glad you did :peace:


If they were mine I might be apt to wait as many as five or more

I'd wait to see the hairs recede into the buds, and watch for the calyxes to swell. A few weeks I'd suspect.

If you decide to wait post us a update on there progress in a couple of weeks.I think your gonna be plesantly suprised if you do.

I'd say a few weeks until you start to see calyxes swell, but may be longer, may be shorter. I don't know the genetics so it's hard to say, you know?

I bought one of the microscopes that plugs into your computer and I didnt like it. I returned it. For $12 I will give it a try. Thanks

It`s large enough to get a good look at the surrounding leaves. It gives a very clear picture of the tri`s color. On your plants - they look good - I would also give them some more time as the tri`s look a little sparce.

Thanks Im proud of it because its my first grow. Cant wait to harvest they look so good already. I have already found reasons to remove a couple of branches and dried them out, What great smoke. Its very fruity! :mrgreen:
