7 outdoor Huge, early bloom queston. With Pictures******** getting too tall

Hey once again. I have 7 outdoor plants all different types, and they have been vegging and are getting huge, at this point they will be twice as tall as the fence if i dont do something soon, im not a huge fan of topping but will consider it. I have been bending down some of the stems to get more light to the rest of the leaves which i will show you in my pictures. I have been using Sensi grow 2 part advanced nutrients for veg, but my main question is Right now its july 6th, i want to know if i can tease the plants into blooming early by starting to give them sensi bloom 2 part advanced nutrient. i would like to start blooming them as soon as possible before they get any bigger. also if anyone could give me advice on topping them to keep them shorted ill include pictures as well. And any other advice is appreciated.

lay the pots on their sides the plants should adjust and start growing up again shortly. kinda late in the game lazy man lst. they look good though
