I've never come across this type of issue so I'm only assuming it's not N def, I don't see how it could be with such dark green leaves which indicated plenty of N.

Yes fe- Iron can get blocked out with a ph of over 6.5 See what happens with ph runoff. First and foremost is getting ph near 6.5. Is promix considered soil or soilless? If soilless which I think it is you would need to get that ph down to 6 or so.

calmagplus has good iron, if you are using RO water it's a must but I'm no expert in promix or GH grows.
