6wk flowering plant issues

So here I am at week 6 of flowering, and the entire TOP HALF of the plant has got totally yellow leaves which are also curling down bad. I was thinking I didn't stock it up with enough N during veg, so all the leaves were yellow, and possibly had a ph problem probably caused by the ph up in my ph kit from gh. The bottom half of the plant however is still mostly green. I should mention, I've been using dist. water ph'd at 6.0 throughout the grow. Nutes (once a week)- dr. earth 3-3-3 for veg, then switched to alaska morebloom 0-10-10(ph'd 6.0 as well). She hasn't had anything but water and molasses for a week and a half now. Is there anything i could do this late into flowering? Or would it be better to just leave it be and just keep giving it dist. water and mollasses? I'll get some pics up in a bit too.

well she looks good to me. this is how you would want her when you are finished. have you checked your trichs/do you know the harvest time? is it 2 more weeks-4 weeks?

if you have more than 2 weeks you can give her a feed once or twice with your veg nutes mixed in. basically are there still enough fan leaves that will support the nitrogen requirements for the finish?
overall doesnt look bad brother.

Any educators out there? Is this even a prob? I mean the buds do look delicious, but the fact that its the top half has me concerned, shouldn't the N def. start at the bottom?

no mate that plant looks like its prob been n def for a while did you stop veg nutes as soon as you went to 12/12? id leave the feed now just keep to plain water and watch the trichs try to leave it till they start turning amber

it should start at oldest fan leaves first, but this late in flowering the bud sites could simply be taking nitrogen from the closet available source, i.e. the fan leaves closest to the buds.
it looks like you have done some pruning to her and all you really have are bud sites all the way down, nice and uniform-from those pics
I dont see any other big fan leaves on the plant on the bottom.

Thanks for the input guys. I was already plannin on waitin it out for 50% amber triches. Right now they're about 70% cloudy. Hopefully 3 or 4 more weeks I'll be seein the ambers showin up, cant wait.:weed:

should be alot sooner than that. looks like indica dom strain. for me indica at 10 clear/70% cloudy/30 amber perfect. i found anything more amber higher levels of cbn and less of the high high I like.

I'm lookin more for the couch lock high myself. I'm experimenting with harvesting at different points of trichome matureness. My buddy had and outdoor NL plant this summer and we were plannin on lettin the triches on his go as far amber as possible. Unfortunately the weather cut that one short as winter comes quick around here, and we harvested with it real close to 100% cloudy triches and some amber ones here and there. It turned out awesome, best smoke we'd had in a while. As for mine, I'm not sure what strain it is, I really don't know much on that subject yet. But It wouldn't suprise me at all to find out it was some type of Northern Lights as well.

yes, the whole reason for prior harvest flushing. n can make your bud taste like crap, although I rarely flush and mine taste just fine. while u r experimenting, how bout some UV light to increase THC?

spot on m8, i would always reccomend at least a week flush with soil even with organics, in hydro two weeks minimum it does improve flavour. the plant uses its stores of nutes up to finish

I figure i got at least three weeks to go. Just gave her her last dose of food:hump:, a good batch of alaska morebloom 0-10-10 and molasses, ph'd of corse. I'll be watering with dist. water from now on, ph'd as well. I'm sure It'll turn out great, just gotta keep the patience up. Once these are finished, I got some lowryder2xak47's I'll be workin on, keep ya guys posted:bigjoint:

I kno... this guy... who harvested some NL last summer. But he purposefully harvested when the trichomes were cloudy - not amber as the strain would suggest. It resulted in a very consistant "creeper high," which fell into a very relaxed, stable high. Interesting stuff.
