6th week flower, devolping male pre flowers...

one of my plants developed quite a few little banana male pre flowers . I quarantined it and started flushing - i dont want seeds to develop so should I just chop it or let it flush for a few days and risk the pollen breaking.... will the buds taste that bad unflushed? used FF tiger bloom - big bloom - molasses. for flower... help please

6th week in I would let it finish. are the bananas coming out of the bud or just were the bud meets the branch like on the under side of the bud?

they are comin out of the buds, think it might be an intersex breed cause this is a clone and the mother went hermie or whatever too.

should I risk trying to pull them out with tweezers and alcohol? there is a lot, how long till they break?

well chances are if that one is pollinated the rest are to. but if they are everywhere and coming out of the buds you should just crop it. Iv heard of a spray called reverse that will kill the pollen im pretty sure thats what it does you should look into it

If it were me I would just pull it. Not worth risking your entire crop to pollinate. A little food for thought, for the most part clones take after there mother. That is why when you try a new strain that isn't yours take a clone and throw it into Flower to test the sex while you let your other clones grow in your cloner/veg room. You will save yourself alot of time and money. GL!

well, the mother of this clone did the same thing with banannas about 5-6 weeks in flower... wondering if its an intersex breed? I made all the other seeds from the mother plant i harvested into canna butter, was afraid they would be intersex and it made some pretty potent cannabutter!
