65 F too low for night time temps grow tent?

From what I've read, as long as you get an 8-10 degree jump in temp from 65F to, say, 72F when lights are on, you're fine. If your max temp during lights on reaches only 69F, that might be of concern for optimum growth.

If your checking at canopy level its close to being to low for optimal temps in a an indoor environment.
Whats your lights on temps at?
Thanks all for your input, my lights on temp for the LED's is in an optimal range (79-85). Have been looking at mini dehumidifiers on amazon lately since I'm hovering about 58% - low to mid 60's w/o any vegetation in the tent. I've been doing these dry run tests before adding the plants. With the plants in there the climate should change a bit so I plan to adjust according to the response..
315 cubic feet interior tent space and looking for a small dehumidifier. Some inexpensive options on amazon that i like that are energy efficient. I also own a small space heater just in case but I will measure the soil temps at night. The rh and T readings will change when i leave the lights on longer when plants are actually there so will update on that.
I'll watch out for fluctuations however, they don't really seem beneficial.

The first few weeks of flower...if you can get lights off temp within 5 to 7 degrees +/- of peak lights on temps...your plants more than likely stretch way less. Strain depending of course but its quite effective most of the time. Called the temperature differential or temp "diff". On old veggie/fruit and flower greenhouse agricultural operations trick. They been using crop "steering" techniques like this for a long time.

Keep an eye out for mold or pm if your temperature difference is too high. Pm loves temps swings if your rh isn't in check when it gets that cold when your lights are off.
this

cold temps and high humidity is a recipe for disaster

Its real commercial grade dehueys and mini splits that allowed me to do things in the growroom I'd only heard or read about.
i concur. i love my quest dehuey

Do I need an industrial dehumidifier? Would I be able to get away something small like the link below? It's for a 315 cubic foot tent. This thing covers 1100 cubic feet.

This looks even better price and energy wise:

A combination of both might do the job too. Won't know until I try I guess.
Commercial grade dehueys CAN take up alot of real estate. Especailly tents. Really for real rooms. And pricey. The real reason why they are used is because they are so damn efficient. The energy draw...moist air removal and dry heat they put out in exchange is very good. But initial price is up there. And they CAN be a trick to wire up correctly..often its ideal to run on its own dedicated circuit slot in the panel. With 315 cubic feet of tent...I would just go with a grandma wet basement dehuey from Lowes or H. Depot. 70 or 100 pint should do. And run a hose instead of the bucket...unless you wanna manually empty it all the time.
