You can veg and flower in whatever you like root bound is BULLSHIT. Ive done a grow in 64oz cups and got an average of 14g or more off of some plants that should have been dead due to nute burns, bugs, heat, you name it and I did it. Not to mention they were hempy style in no soil. If all went well I would of easily got an O a plant X twelve plants not bad under cfls. Im doing a micro under 150hps and 2x26w cfl blue color to even out spectrum and I plan on getting minimum of 15g each. Never have I had a root bound problem. If I could size the pics I would post them for the haters. Take a ride over and check out the cfl boys pulling 7-14g per cut in half gatorade bottles under cfls X 20 plants with like 250w cfl every 2-3 weeks. Sounds like weight that compares to good HID users and damn sure better than half the people using 400-600w hid setups. If I offended anyone well hell, sucks to be you back your shit up or kick rocks.

what you mean man... i still use them for veg... but not a full grow... Not that you couldnt do it though...

For sure. I currently have 2 plants in my 16 oz cups, yeah 16oz, and they just keep going. I don't have room for them, so I just kept them in the tiny cups. They are healthy, but staying very small. Smell wonderfull. If I can get like 5 g from each, I will be so happy. I am switching to flowering tonight!

IMHO you can use those 32oz ( 1/2 gallon )cups for the whole life of the plant. Have you seen some of the yields ppl are getting from 16oz cups from seed to weed? it wont be as much as a 1-2-3-5 gallon but it CAN be done. I say go for it.

Hempy SOG in 16-32 oz cups can yeild quite a bit in small spaces!

I wasnt tryin to be rude. I was just lookin forward to seein the cups the whole way, then BAM there's 5 gal buckets
