600w mh and hps + 327w LED experiment grow

Yeah i usually top after the first 3 or 4 nodes and then ill train those branches

I pull each one down to a few inches above the pot and bend them so they each have room.

This and taking any extra small branches off of each of the main tops helps alot. Lessens the popcorn and the energy goes to the main, bigger buds.

how long do you normally veg for.i sometimes leave mine upto 10 weeks? my friend has only veg`d for 12 days and just chopped.he cant get his arms around any of them thr so big lol god knows how thr that size

Depends on alot of things. Hydro will be faster to grow but other mediums can speed things up too. Some strains go harder in certain mediums/conditions than others. Generally, for seeds i got at least 6-8 weeks veg. Seeds tend to be a little slower and will benefit you alot more from the extended veg. Lighting has alot to do with it too. The more you have the more theyll grow, spectrum effects it too. So if hes growin with a more powerful light or better medium or a faster more sativa strain than that could be why.

Mine are a month in, about 6 inches tall with about 6 nodes already. Really compact and dense. Gonna let em go a solid 2-4 more weeks. Should be transplanting in a week or 2 then clones then flower.

im gona wait until the branches hit the pot then hold them down.not sure whether to top all 4 heads or not but will continue lst`ing throughout the grow.still not adding the 600 MH yet,LED`s are doing a great job so far.have you tried experimenting with a mix of organic and chemical nutes? heres the ptogression so far

well started my LST today all but 1 which isnt quiet big enough have been tied and bent.heres the pics just took

any idea how tall i should let these now grow as i was worried incase i left them to long and that they would maybe stretch to much.what you guys think? they are about 6wks in now.was thinkin about going maybe to 10 wks.
i have also topped the smallest 1 and a good few of the main cola sites once more.will post pics when the new shoots grow

You could probably let them go 2-4 weeks. Theyre very very short and if you have all that power you can let them get a good foot or 2 tall.

yeah im gona let them go another 4 weeks m8 and i now have the 600w HM and the LEDs.pics are alot beta with the hid how much more growth do you think i will get in say 4wks?? i was hoping for 3-4 oz per plant you think thats possible?? all are currently getting cannas bio vega 2ml each every 4 days but im gona up the dosage to 3ml each next feed.im going feed,water feed etc

change of plan lol i went out yesterday and bought 100% organic nutes and some cane molasses.cant wait for these to get bigger.hoping the molasses increases my yield as organic usually isnt as fruitful

10wks on saturday,maybe flip to flower then or might wait til wk 12 havent decided yet.everything is going brilliant so far the plants have responded excellent with this LST technique i found reading online heres the most recent pics
some have already pre flowers and females all the way just setup a vegging area now so only half the time between the meds being ready. 3 blue widow,2 super cheese and 1 super iced grapefruit are just about to be set off happy times

first day of flower today after about ten weeks and a few days veg.really wanted the plants even bigger but couldnt wait no longer.also been setting up a new veg area which im stoked about,3 dinafem blue widow, 2 feminised seeds super cheese and ive got a super iced grapefruit on the way to but will probs keep for the next run.ive taken two cuttings from one of my plants just before i flipped to flower but not sure what they are yet as got the seeds mixed up ( damn my volcano lol ) so will have to wait for the first lot to bud and then i`ll know.some new pics this last pic is just coz i swapped the yo-yo`s for chains just incase something fell
