I disagree with removing things while in flowering. Some might disagree with my disagreement. And that sucks you lost three, don't knock regular seeds though, some good strains come only in regular (i.e. TGA strains). I plan to start my two autos a couple weeks before I start to veg my non-autos. I only veg my non-autoed plants for about 3-3 1/2 weeks because of my space issue, maybe less this time around.

I can't remember but, how long did you veg the SCs?
Vegged em since March 8th, hit to flower on May 9th. So two month veg. Any idea on what kind of yield I might be looking at? I'm not sure what to do, not very happy I gotta keep my lights at 12/12 just for one broad. but I don't have man other options.

Well, yield depends on a lot of things, not just how long you veg. She'll be able to absorb as much light as she wants now though, since she doesn't have to share as much. Don't let it get to you though. Just keep her happy and she'll make you happy.

Thats unfortunate, it will definately affect the yield, I would suggest flipping back to 18/6 and starting the other autos, give it another month of veg and supercrop all the branches to make the canopy even kind of liek a scrog but without the screen, then the one plant will yield huge.

I like that idea. Can you give me some more info on supercrop?

I don't have too many in veg, but yeah. If it's not 5-% green or more, it comes off. No green chlorophyll means no food production imo.

Well I ordered a 10 pack of Short Stuff Blue Himalaya Diesel from the 'Tude today. Just got regular seeds. I hope to make some seeds. Back to school full-time so that cuts down on my budget for this kinda stuff. Lets see also starting to germinate another diesel ryder as well as a blue himalaya.

Here's another set of pics. Ladies got a feed today. Gonna cut down that sweet dwarf 5-24 so I got some bday bud. Gonna obviosuly be a quick dry in the oven. So first smoke report will be may 25th. I hope to put some away to get a proper cure and a more accurate report.

Thanks for that LST thread, the two that are germinating are going to be my first tests.

So I've been doing some reading on the LST and super cropping. DankBud do you have any experience in super cropping? I am wondering if I should cut the stretch that the SC threw out during its brief 12/12, give her a couple days and begin to super crop. Thats what you were suggesting right?

I am also thinking about LSTing the autos that I have germinating, anyone have any thoughts on why this wouldn't be a good idea to do with them? I was going to do some sort of variation of hobbes CCOB and another SCOB I saw. Basically just train the plant around the rim of the bucket. Or do people only LST during veg? Some clarification would help if anyone knows.

right, but I guess I'm asking since the veg is going to lead right into the flower after about 3 weeks with the autos....would it be harmful to keep training around the rim with the stretch that first happens when they start to flower.....? I may be waaaaay over complicating this.

Well this is the closest answer I could find, it's from the guide I posted before:

"I also cut all the strings away on the 4th week of flowering, as the stalk and shoots are pretty much hardened up and set in their ways, if 1 or 2 start creeping up tie them back down."

He did it all the way through veg, but I guess if he's still going 'til the fourth week of flowering, I say you'd be fine.

yeah, that was the one part that had caught my eye as well. Guess all I can say is stay turned and we'll see how it turns out. I was looking back through this and tomorrow the diesel ryders will be 3 weeks into flower, leaving them 3 weeks to go, according to claims from the seed bank, so figure closer to 4. The others will be finishing about a week behind. I think my yields will be nice, I thought they were going to be done sooner but I'm happy I was a week off.

Sad to say I lost a bean when I was going to put it into the soil. Fell right onto the tarp I was working off of that was covered in dirt. damnit. So I threw a light over the tarp, I hope I'll see two little green leaves in a day or two. In the meantime I threw another sweet dwarf into a wet napkin and the blue hymiala still hasn't popped.

Well hopefully I soon will miss the excitement of ordering seeds. I can put some more cash into the girls and less into the ordering :)
