I have a HSO Blue Dream that I am smoking on a tester bud right now as I am typing this post, and I just love it! Nice fruity taste with a hazey bite on the ass end of it. Basically the exact same taste as the one that my buddy grew out a few months back. It seems like a real winner in my book. I am going to buy a whole pack of their BD's just because I like it that much. I just started 4 Reg Gage Green Grape Puff's, 1 Fem. HSO Pineapple Skunk, 1 Fem. HSO Emdog, 1 Fem. DNA LA Con, and 1 Reg. Alphakronik Snowdawg 2 that hasn't popped above the soil yet. All of the others have sprouted and are underneath about 80+ watts of CFL light. They are all in the famous red party cups. That will be their home until my current run is harvested in the next few weeks. Hopefully they don't get root bound or anything. I will make it work out regardless. I am really excited about the Grape Puff's as well as all of the other strains. It is going to be a great new year. Lol!

So all of my seeds have sprouted and are doing fine under the CFL's. Everything under the 600w is getting stinkier by the day. Nice bouquet of aromas floating around in there. I just love cannabis! Anyways it is Day 50 of 12/12, so we are coming in the final stretch. Can I get a hell yeah!

I agree completely. I find it to be quite entertaining and interesting growing all of these different strains. There is just such a wide spectrum of aromas and tastes that it makes it hard to get boring!

yea its crazy how ignorant I was of weed when I was a kid smoking pot. Back then I thought it was normal to have to pick out seeds. Weed then ALWAYS had seeds lol. I didn't really realize until I started growing that there were so many different strains and smells and how good weed could really be. Aw to live and learn

I have to admit that I am not very happy with the quality of the weed from my outdoor grow. Even though I didn't get to try a few out there in the end. Out of the one's that I did try, the Black Russian was probably the best tasting out of the bunch. Everything else was basically middle of the road. It definitely isn't where I want to be. My indoor shit is just killing my outdoor. Maybe it is just the genetics. I know from all my previous smoke tests that I am going to have some real tastey strains this rip. I will be harvesting the Blue Dream first in just a few days. All of the plants have basically browned out on the majority of the leaves. Not the best looking plants for pics, but I know the smoke will be just fine. I find it hard to keep some strains green all the way until harvest. At first I thought it was just growing in soil, but now I think it is mostly that particular phenotype that you have. Anyhow it is really anyone's guess. Oh I have started to notice some purple coloring on the Phantom Cookies. It is on a few of the main cola leaves. It makes for something cool to look at!

My Blue Dream has been harvested. I put her into jars yesterday. I did forget to take some pics before the harvest though. I haven't weighed it out yet, but I have 1 large mason jar full of dried meds, so I am figuring at least 3 ozs. Anyways it looks like a descent haul to me. Next is the Phantom Cookies! I will be posting some pics here soon.

So like I said in my previous post, I have already harvested my Blue Dream and dried it out. I harvested the Phantom Cookies last night. I took some pics from right before the chop. As far as the Blue Dream goes, I got right at 3 ozs. of dried meds. The buds are very dense and crystal coated. I am very happy with how it turned out. The taste is there and the high is great too! It has everything that I want in a strain that I grow. The Phantom Cookies reminds me of that awesome purple weed you come across from time to time. I guess that it is from the GDP in her. None the less the buds look great and smell phenomenal. It looks like I am going to yield more off of this one than I did off of the Blue Dream too! Anyways here are the pics of the Phantom Cookies:

I'm going to be waiting at least another week before I chop the Pineapple Chunk. I forgot how much that I really liked the Chunk. It has one of the strongest buzz's out of all of the strains that I have grown. It is a total couchlock strain. I can't wait to have some of this to smoke on. I doubt I will get 2 ozs. of dried meds from her though. I will probably be chopping the Island Sweet Skunk in the next few days. I'm hoping that this one is a good tasting strain too! It is the one that I am worried the most about. I mean it looks great and smells great too! It just didn't taste all that great when I tried a nug out a week ago. We will see though. Growing 3/4 good strains is still pretty good in my book.

Great job, this shit looks amazing! Blue Dream is one of my all time favorite strains whether its by itself or crossed with something else. LOVE IT. Great job sir.

How did you decide it was time to harvest? Like did you check the trichomes or go off a date or? The reason I ask is that cookies to my eye anyway, looks like it needs more time. From the pics the hairs are still looking white, the calyxes look like they have some swelling left to do as well. She does look super tasty though!

I agree that the Cookies needed a bit longer, but it had already dropped every single leaf off of it. Plus the trichs were mostly cloudy with a few amber and clear. It had been flowering for around 8 weeks. According to the breeder it is an 8-9 weeks strain. It isn't premature by any means though. The flash from the camera made it look a lot different than it really did in person.

My final harvest numbers on my Phantom Cookies was 2 1/4 ozs. of dried meds. Not bad but not great either. I have also harvested and jarred my Island Sweet Skunk. It tuned out being some pretty nice looking buds. I ended up getting almost 2 ozs. of dried meds off of her. I just finished harvesting my Pineapple Chunk. I don't think I am going to get much more than 1 oz off of this one. Regardless this shit stinks like skunk very bad, and I just love it. It had my whole crib smelling like skunk while I was trimming that smelly girl. The buds are rock hard, so I could get more than I first estimated. Either way I know that the buds are very nice looking and stink to holy hell! It is definitely going to be part of my personal stash. Actually everything I grow is part of my personal stash! Lol!

good shit bro. my PC was one of my favorites as well. the LB and KKSC I also grow are top notch as well. the PC didn't yield a whole lot for me either, but the buds were solid and glistened.

I have grown Barney's Pineapple Chunk for two years now. Absolutely love it. It is a strain that takes practice training to get a lot from. You have to anticipate the 200-300% flip growth. It tastes so good that I crossed it with reserva og #1 to try and make it a little more potent and take out some stretch. FYI very calcium hungry!
