Hey guys,
My closet is 2.75/1.75/6 feet (lxwxd). Atm I have a 125W cfl in an air cooled hood and air temps are high 70's low 80's.
i have a 4" 265cfm fan extracting through the hood and by that I mean it is not a closed ventilating circuit, air is sucked from the closet through 4x1 inch holes in the side of the hood, over the light then out of the closet via a carbon filter.
I tried my 600W in there today and temps soared to 120f =(
So my question is, what would i have to do to get a 600w in there comfortably? I was thinking of buying a 6" cool tube and a 495cfm fan - would that work do you think?
Also would I be best keeping the cooltube a closed ventilation circuit, or would I be alright extracting from the room, over the light and out?
Thanks a lot for any help!
