Thanks guys, I will need to be flowering as soon as a get about 10 more 10inch buckets to transplant into. I will have 16 flowering this time. If I need to remove some I will, I also need to get another 2x4 tray so I will have 2 with a total area of 4x4. Some hose for the pump and res. I am flushing them out a little because like I said I over nuted them. They are bouncing back and they will be ready for flower soon

Yeah it is totally easy. I not know why people seem to have so much trouble with it. I like that cloning gel. It takes only about 10 days for them to root at most then you are ready to go. I am going to try flowering some without vegging to see how big they will get...

Right now I am actually hand feeding them because I need like 10 more drippers and some tube, just being sick sometimes it lags for me to get to the store. When they were one the dripper it ran every day for a min. This was kinda overkill but the timer I got can't do less than a min. I am actually thinking about doing the whole thing by hand. That way I can water every other day and also I can feed them with nutes and then twice with just water, then nutes again and so on.

I'm not sure (because of your medium) but I think you might want to raise it to more than 1 minute each day.

I grow in a 4x4 tray with 4" cubes surrounded with 2" of hydroton. I flood every 4hrs during flowering for 5min while the lights are on. Once while the lights are off.

During veg every 8hrs for 5min.

What do you keep your ph at?

S.B.? No I have cancer  no joke. But soon it will be in remission and all treatment is going well. I was also running a fever of 105 and that is like super deadly with chemo tharapy. It sucks because when Im feeling sick plants might get neglected for a day or so.:peace: All is going well though:mrgreen:

Well it is a drain to waste system. So If I fed it that much then I would use my whole res in like a day or too. Also the soil stays perfectly for the whole day. No signs of over or underwatering. This is what the dude that helped me at the hydro store said. It is real easy to expand it or make it however you want with little time modifing it..

Man, sorry to hear that! Yeah I'm in S.B. I thought you had that cold that has been going around for a few months.

I'm going to try using the drip system in a couple of weeks. I think I'll use 10" pots with the rockwool crutons. Just not sure if I'm going to use run to waste.

What size pump are you using for the drippers (gph)?

Yeah, the drip system is really easy to start and works real well. The 10inch pots are the way to go and I did like using those rockwool crutons. Im sure you will get great results. Just keep your temps down always. I don't know what kid of pump it is exactly but is just the usual one they sell at the stores. It is also at all the fish stores. Should work fine if you are not doing some insane number of plants. Good luck keep me posted. What strain are you gonna grow?

I'm growing Purple Kush, Tripple X Platinum Kush, and a few others that I have been breeding. Going to get some Sour Diesel from my friend today. I'm trying to stay with 2 or 3 strains to make things easier. But how can you say no to another strain? At one time I had 13 different mother plants! Just took up too much room. I have access to most of those strains still, gave them to my friends.

Wow, thanks for that great link. I guess Ill have to go and get that done. I read that you need better than adverage venting on them because they will heat up a lot. So far all is good so far. Plants are a little yellow right now because I flushed them for like a week, but color is coming back and all should be good with next feeding, we will see. Ill pm you with info on the clones next week hopefully, I have chemo treatment tommrow so I will be out of it just smoking this bomb Afgoo that my bud got from S.F. I will try to get some pics up too.

Also I heard SunHuts were better than hydro huts, they have all the flangues and straps and stuff. Wonder if they have the same plastic problem? Thanks a lot Blunted1, latez

The Afgoo! One of my favorites! I had thought about growing in a "Hut". 2 problems for me though.

1) my tray is 4x4 but I move my cubes to the edge so the plants hang over about 10". I would have to veg smaller plants or have less of them. (No way in hell thats happening)

2) I think my 1000w would toast my grow if it was enclosed?
