600w agromax with 30%blue vs hortilux eye 600w

ok ive been running 2x600w dig ballast agromax bulbs with the 30% more blue,co2,fans,growtent,air scrubber,temps 75-85 and
all the buds i get are not dense they are airy now the only thing i can think of is the bulbs oh yeah all foxfarm nutes to the sched they have ph 6.5-5.8 ro water i just ordered the hortilux does this sound like the problem and id let to see some feed back about both products thank you

You should run Digilux bulbs with digital ballasts.

I've used the agromax with my 400 wtt bulb. I had nice dense colas.. I honestly don't think it's the bulbs..
