Here's a pic of the clones I took in my homemade humidity dome under cfl bulbs.






This would be a pic of my Grand Daddy Purple clone looking good now. You should of seen her when I got her from my buddy he wasn't taking care of her. Sh'e suppose to be the super dark strain came off a dark mother.




And Angryblackman these are those 2 I was telling you about 1st 1 is the Aloha Berry 2nd is the Blue Widow.

Hey bro... I got a 1000w ballast and was all ready to buy the splitter and run that. Actually I did buy the splitter... but returned it. For one you need to use pulse start bulbs, which (to my knowledge) only come in MH. And then the bulbs are being under powered (about 500 to each) and being under powered makes a bulbs life shorter. And I read from someone who used it one bulb burns brighter than the next. Also having two 600's connected to a 1000, they will pull on the ballast more than it's supposed to be pulled... making your ballast life much shorter. Also, pulse start bulbs are fucking expensive.

Add it all up and I think it's way better to just get 2 600w setups.

There's a thread on RIU talking about it with some knowledgeable peeps. Just wanted to throw that in there before you got any further.

Thanks Jigfresh appreciate that really do letting me know that it makes total sense like you explained it. Well I don't want to run 2 600's but maybe if I come up with some dough maybe buy another ballast like mine & just run 2 @ 400 for a total of 800 would probably be plenty in my 5' x 3' box. Got it. Today should be fine provided I can still get that hood and bulb as well. If not I still have room for them in the mom box until I get everything sorted.

If you are going to drop the money for another 400 setup, might as well drop a little bit more and get a 600. 6's are so much more efficient than 400's. Double the lumens of a 400, for only 50% more power. Don't get me wrong, you would do fine with 2-400's... I'm not trying to say you woudn't. Just in my mind might as well get that extra light if you already spending the money.

Saying all that... I would have loved to get that 400 lumatek for 100 bucks. That's a good find. I'm stoked for you ABM.

Thanks man. Looks like I am still able to do this all on a budget! LOL So far I have bought for my indoor setup...

5'x4'x2' tent $75
6" 240CFM fan $25
6" personal fan $16
Lumatek 400w dimmable ballast $100

I am impressed so far with Craigslist and amazon.

yeah if I buy 1 I'll buy another one like my Lumatek 600 because it is adjustable to 400 what I ment sorry buddy thats my bad.

Hell yeah just need to heck every once in a while I noticed if you type in the search field on craigslist prop 215 it brings everyones stuff up that puts that and if someone is selling stuff for grows or so fourth they usually put that in their add so it brings it up.

Yeah I have been doing that for the last couple weeks but for some reason my page keeps putting me in the Stockton area listings. That's why when you sent the links I was able to jump on them quickly.

thanks dude deffinatly getting another 6 or atleast a 4...

Well went to the hydroponic store today talked to the dude for a little while been wondering about changing nute lines. Also talked to a good freind who's been growing awhile which also suggested a new line. Well ended up picking up the whole line of Roots Organics so I can still run my Humbolts Counties Own line which consists of Ultra Snow Storm, Bush Master, Gravity & Their newest 1 Crystal Burst. Told me i should be very happy with my selection.

Nice. I am gonna stick to what's been working for me. Fish emulsion/Maxsea 16-16-16 for veg and Maxsea Bloom for Flower. Might toss something else on there but I don't wanna spend any money on nutes. The CFL grow did fine without them and I will be using smaller containers inside.

Yep know what you mean. Well after last grow I'm sure I had a nute lock and after talking to a few people really sounds like it. Yeah my shit looks bomb, smells bomb defianetly nothing wrong with it but my nugs were not very big. So it was time for another step and really not alot of people I know use the Fox Farm nutes.

Hey jhod. Speaking of HCO products. I ran out of Gravity (finally) before my last grow. So it was actually the first one I did without it. (it was my 6th) Anyways, I was pretty blown away to see the results without it. The buds I got from this last one were BY FAR the most dense buds I've ever grown. And I got my second best yield ever (16 oz vs 18 oz my 4th grow). But that isn't a fair comparison because the one with 18 oz was slammed full of plants... totally filled the closet. This last 16 oz grow was barely half full of plants.

I'm not saying gravity doesn't work, or doesn't do anything. I loved the stuff when I was using it. However, when you run out... try a round without it and see if you can tell a difference.

I still love me some Bushmaster though. And lol, I have a bottle of purple maxx I've had for more than 2 years and I've never used it. I'm scurred.

Hold on too the Bush Master outlawed in California also Gravity was too. My last order the hydrostore lost my 1st bottle of Gravity so they sent another bottle free of charge which came in a few days well few days after that I recieved the 2nd bottle so I now have 2.

Got the ladies transplanted into 3gal smartpots right now. I'll get some pics up for you in my thread tomorrow. Thanks again sir!!

Thanks to Angryblackman for stopping by and letting me know how to do dry ice hash with my 120 bag. OG Kush with Platinum Bubba Kush hash total 5grams, Kaboom weighed 5 grams, Blue Widow weighed 3 grams & a mixed batch which was some outdoor uk/og cheese and other trim from my indoor grow total of 31 grams (thats the 1 in the pics). Shit was so damn easy and never knew. So what you guys think? Not too shabby I think.

Not a problem at all man! I will never again toss or donate my trim! This process is so stupid simple that you have to literally hate hash to not wanna do it. Lemme guess.. You were sitting there with your mouth wide open when it was coming out?

Nice work indeed jhod. It'll be nice to have a few different strains of hash. I just did dry ice hash for the first time and feel the same as you ABM. It's so easy a caveman could do it. Sorry... it just came out, lol. But yeah... I couldn't believe how simple it was. Turned a shit ton of trim into a shit ton of hash in no time. Fuck messing around with water and 'wet' ice. I'm gonna run some BHO to use up my cans... but after that it's dry ice only for me.

Now if someone could figure out an easy way to trim, I'd be in heaven.
